I’m a learning designer with six years of experience across digital learning, HR, and teaching. I began my career teaching English as a foreign language, developing curriculum and learning materials, before transitioning to corporate learning at Amazon, where I created onboarding resources and interview aids.
In 2023, I joined Risk.net as a learning events producer, designing and delivering live and self-paced learning on a range of financial topics. This included bespoke training for globally systemically important banks. I was promoted to head of learning data and research, taking ownership of the eLearning portfolio. I applied ADDIE/SAM frameworks and instructional design theory in every project. I also developed an interest in AI, creating a team prompt library and an instructional design GPT.
I hold a BA in Modern Languages (French and Spanish) from the University of East Anglia. To support my professional growth, I’ve also completed a university-accredited Professional Diploma in Digital Learning Design, a certificate in graphic design, and a JavaScript course with Code First Girls.
